5 of 2023 – Lowering of pen between East Lock and Eldridges Lock

The river will be closed to navigation between East Lock and Eldridges Lock between 6th March and 18th April 2023.

During this period water levels will be lowered to allow for necessary surveys and investigations associated with Porters Lock refurbishment project. More information about this project can be found here.

Where possible, water levels will be restored earlier than the date shown if the investigations have been completed.
