Blue Green Algae

Following 2 clear weeks of samples and no visual signs of blue green algae in the Upper Medway navigation we are removing the restrictions and warning. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Obstruction at Lucifers Bridge, Tonbridge

There is a large fallen tree approximately 100m upstream of Lucifers Bridge, Tonbridge. This obstruction will mainly affect unpowered craft due to its location. Please use extreme caution when navigating in this area.

 

Relaxation of Drought Measures

All restrictions to the navigation related to the drought measures have now been lifted. All locks and canoe passes have unrestricted passage. Thank you for your cooperation during these drought required measures.
